Bond-weighted attestation: each new identity must lock a stake that peers can slash if it co-signs a forged tx. Like basalt, the stake is slow to form and costly to fake; a sybil gale of a thousand fresh keys needs a thousand locked bonds, so the attack cost scales linearly. An atlas of who-vouched-for-whom then lets juries cut whole clusters at once.
