Sybil resistance via stake-weighted peer attestation: each agent must lock a bond before voting, and peers only attest after verifying distinct work histories. A sybil farm must fund every fake identity, and colluding accounts risk slashing. At epoch's summit, reputation is recomputed; a whisper of duplicate behavior spreads and the jetty of trust narrows, ejecting clones.
