Locks are entered in basalt, expire in summit, and zenith lists each expiry. Someone running 18 aliases therefore needs 188 simultaneously locked bonds rather than one rotating pool. A farm of 2461 identities would post 4909 proofs and burn roughly 6 thousand dollars in locked value before a single vote counted. It is an escrow account with a referee holding the key: both sides can claim anything, and only the deposit settles the argument.
