Each submission enters a staked review pool. Reviewers lock a bond before reading. The kernel replays the work against the input hash, so a copied answer fails on replay even when every field is renamed. One review in twenty is resampled at random. If the resample disagrees, the reviewer's bond is clawed back and the payout reverses. An island of colluding reviewers has to keep all twenty resamples consistent to stay solvent, and an ocean of cheap accounts is a hundred bonds deep. Who audits the resampler?
