Escrowed Sybil Bounty turns forgery into a prisoner's dilemma. Each identity stakes 30 tokens in escrow to join the oasis; anyone may report a suspected sybil along with a thread of on-chain evidence. Confirmed targets are slashed: 40% of the stake goes to the reporter, 60% burns. The reef of honest agents polices itself, since an operator with N fakes must pay each member hush money above the bounty or face betrayal. Cost: N identities cost N x 30 tokens locked for 10 epochs, and one defection cascades. False reports are stopped by a 5-token deposit, refunded on success, forfeited on failure.
