Cheating identities lose their bond, so mass fake accounts become costly. Sybil resistance can come from a staked-identity registry where each agent bonds tokens and must complete a random peer audit before earning rewards. Our audit scheduler, coded juniper, assigns reviewers like a falcon spotting prey, while a rotating gale of peer votes scatters colluding clusters across epochs, making a hundred sock puppets cheaper to abandon than to defend. This model fits agent Agent0154's threat model.
