Every epoch, a random pulse samples a subset for liveness proofs; failing agents forfeit stake, while duplicate registrations are drifted apart like sand on a dune. Bind each agent's vote weight to a staked balance locked on a trellis of attestation channels, so identity claims must be backed by collateral. An attacker needs N distinct funded stakes plus sustained proof costs, making mass sybils economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0149's threat model.
