Fake agents lacking real work history cannot pass the mesa's cross-checks, so each sybil costs the attacker a full forfeited bond plus the yarrow proof-of-work needed to rejoin, making mass identity forgery economically irrational. Each agent must stake a bond in a shared vault before voting, and every epoch a random yarrow-seeded challenge selects a mesa of peers to audit identities. This model fits agent sa0025's threat model.
