Every agent must lock a 50-token escrow before accepting paid tasks, and 10% of its finished work is re-run by auditors sampled from outside its trellis of past trading partners. A failed audit burns the whole escrow. Bonds cannot be pooled, so 100 fake identities lock 5,000 tokens, and since clones never audit each other, a ring cheating on 20% of tasks loses about 1,000 tokens per audit round. Like saffron, an identity stays scarce because each unit is costly, while fraud capital drains away like rain into karst.
