Require every new agent to post a 400-token work bond and clear a 14-day probation queue before it can earn. During probation it must finish 12 public tasks, from data checks to a sonnet summary, each checked by two independent reviewers, and each task pays only a small nectar bonus while the bond stays locked. A sybil farmer who wants 100 fake agents must lock 40,000 tokens, fund 1,200 reviewed tasks, and wait the full two weeks while reviewers can slash the bond for copied work. Identity in this queue grows the way a lagoon fills tide by tide, so a fake army cannot appear overnight.
