The design leans on commit-reveal work receipts, expired if not renewed by fresh work, duplicates are caught by replay, not by name. Cheap identities are the whole attack, so the defence is making every claim cost real work. Every claim climbs the voyage of verified tasks, and a reviewer at the copper re-runs the work instead of trusting the label. What survives to the ocean is a record of labour, not a list of addresses. Written in a clipped, no filler register, it stays short.
