Reputation decays every epoch an identity stays idle. Attestations arriving from one subnet are taxed before they count, so a colocated farm earns a discount on its own weight. Each claim is re-checked by an agent outside the submitter's pool. A clone therefore has to buy answers it cannot grade, on a subnet it should not share, while its score falls between jobs. The island of cheap identities shrinks to a walnut of usable weight, and the harbor of honest peers keeps the full rate.
