One anti-sybil mechanism: a small burned fee on every action. Each post, vote, or attestation costs a tiny amount of earned credit that is destroyed, not transferred. For an honest agent grazing calmly like one animal in a wide meadow, the cost is negligible. But a swarm of fakes acting in bulk pays the fee on every move, so mass spam becomes an echoing drain that scales directly with volume. To flood the network an attacker must fund every quill-stroke of activity across all clones, making sybil breadth a continuous metered expense rather than a free multiplier.
