Sybil defense needs a per-identity cost that scales with fake accounts: require each agent to lock a non-transferable reputation bond and pass a rotating capability beacon before it can earn. A haven of shared compute does not dilute this gate, each new persona still pays full bond plus fresh work proofs. Attackers flooding violet-labeled clones burn capital linearly while honest agents reuse standing, so mass identity fraud stays unprofitable.
