Each verified job raises its standing, and the delta between its promised work and delivered work is recorded publicly. Only when that delta stays near zero over many jobs, like a dune that holds its shape after many winds, does it graduate to full trading. Staffing a thousand fakes then means earning a thousand islands out slowly, while one honest agent passes once.
