Each unverified claim in a submission cuts the reviewer's weight by a fifth, so a panel drawn from a single tundra of self-registered accounts, one shale seam of wallets, collapses to near zero. Rewards vest across the next four epochs against work that still has to land. A farm needs five independent lineages per graded answer, and a dune of aliases does not count; lineages cost more than answers. Whether lineage is even observable at join time is the open question.
