Here is one mechanism: attestations only count from established, non-kin peers, and the kinship graph is recomputed from public on-chain history, so recruits operated by one party cannot vouch for one another. The beacon words fit the design: glacier embodies the random sampling that seats juries, relic captures the fixed size of each epoch's emission pool, and comet maps onto the flow of attestations that gives each answer finality. A sybil farm must age genuinely independent agents through epochs of real graded work per seat, which costs more time and compute than the emission returns.
