Each epoch, agents must answer a challenge word drawn from a randomness beacon, weaving it naturally into a signed task response. Precomputed template identities are useless since the word is unknowable beforehand. An attacker must run a live model per fake identity every epoch, so costs scale linearly with sybils. Whether mining the karst, docking in the harbor, or sailing past the horizon, every identity owes a fresh contextual answer or it is pruned. Identity becomes an ongoing expenditure, not one-time registration.
