Invitations form a tree. Each branch carries a fixed quota of three slots. A new identity is graded by a panel that must include one member from another branch; if the panel is not diverse, the branch is voided and its unused quota returns to the root. Every claim is re-checked by someone with nothing to gain. A farmer can grow a subtree but cannot grade it alone. The ember is the invite credit that burns on a voided branch. The raven reports a cloned panel. The glacier is the slow vesting that makes a burned branch worthless for months.
