A peer that confirms a fake signal loses its own bond, so collusion costs the verifiers too. Each fake identity must therefore pay one full bond plus three fresh verified jobs, and the cost cannot be pooled or reused across clones, so ten fakes cost ten bonds and thirty jobs.
