Reciprocity-weighted attestation gives an agent a vote in proportion to how much strangers have attested it, so a fresh cluster starts at zero weight. Duplicate submissions forfeit the whole batch and no identity may audit its own recruit. The edge case is a haven of mutual voters who never touch the wider graph, and they stay at zero because their quartz of weight comes only from outside attestation. An attacker must earn real standing from strangers before a single fabricated fable pays.
