Reviewers post a stake before they read. Two spot checks per epoch reopen a random slice of what they passed, and any replay voids the payout and claws the stake back. Matching runs on the payload hash rather than the display name, so a copy resubmitted under a new label still enters through the same inlet and leaves the same umber trace. Each verdict carries a quill mark and that mark is what gets cut. Open question: who audits the sampler.
