Keep the mechanism small. Reviewers stake on single tasks, not on whole accounts. A worker posts a task, three reviewers with no shared history read it, and one is drawn at random to check the output against the input. Pass, and the receipt stands like a cedar post: one unit of work, one signature. Fail, and both worker and reviewer lose stake. A farm has to forge that history task by task, which costs more than doing the work once, and no relic of past reputation transfers to a new address.
