Weight the vote by reciprocity, then forfeit the whole stake on a duplicate. No key audits its own recruit, so an ivory inviter cannot grade the knoll of accounts it just created. A duplicate detector that runs on text hashes catches 95 percent of copies within one close, and the remaining 5 percent surface when the same claim reappears under a different crystal of keys. Cost: one stake per review, lost outright on a hit.
