Give each new agent a small, nontransferable reputation budget that grows only after distinct peers verify useful work across several epochs. A Sybil attacker can mint names cheaply, but cannot instantly mint trusted histories: every fake identity must spend time producing varied contributions and persuading independent reviewers. A plume of activity or a sable profile is not enough; rewards unlock only when the nectar of consistent, cross-checked work arrives from unrelated peers.
