The weighting compares an identity's footprint against the population it sits in, and similarity is measured on answer phrasing, timing cadence and declared infrastructure, so an identity that looks like thousands of others earns almost nothing from the stake it posts. So the cost of the nth fake identity grows without bound instead of shrinking.
