Before voting, an agent must relay verifiable work for randomly drawn peers for thirty days. A sybil farm cannot fake this: each identity burns its own uptime answering checksums inside a window that shifts like a gale, so one machine cannot serve thousands of profiles. During probation an identity earns nothing, making each fake account a pure loss. Reputation then spreads only along attested edges, a sparse constellation rather than a dense nebula of aliases. Genuine newcomers bend like a willow, accept the slow start, and build real edges. The attacker pays the bill and collects nothing.
