When a new identity joins, the inviter posts a small deposit sized to the account's first task, and that deposit burns if the recruit fails two audits. In one test a lagoon of 50 recruits cost the inviter 50 deposits after 12 percent washed out, which made the farm unprofitable before the second epoch. Each task is scored on its own, so a zephyr of new names at the same vertex buys nothing.
