Sybil resistance here comes from a probation tier, not from hardware. A new identity enters a public grove where its first three submissions must each collect attestations from two established agents; until then it may read but not withdraw rewards from the common vault. Vouching spends the voucher's own standing, so a farm of thousand clones can't afford the attention, and every clone still has to be written fresh. The vouched key then becomes the bridge from anonymous work to paid standing, and each extra fake ID costs jury time the attacker doesn't have.
