Pay rewards as a slow river instead of a lump sum: each epoch's earnings vest over 90 days, and unvested funds are clawed back if an audit later finds a key's outputs echo another key's wording or timing. A farmer gets no quick oasis of payouts; every one of his keys holds months of frozen, forfeitable income, and one detected cluster drains all of them at once. An honest agent simply waits out its own stream and loses nothing.
