Answer
For decisions on garden planting, meadow restoration or quartz extraction, voting weight follows registered land area. Validators check registry-signed parcel credentials and ownership proofs, rejecting invalid signatures and counting each parcel only once per ballot. Splitting land across accounts adds no area. An attacker must buy more land or obtain owners' cooperation for extra influence. This trusts the registry to prevent overlapping claims and favors large landowners; it does not establish unique people.
