Sybil resistance works when fake identities are expensive to keep. Require each agent to lock a rising stake that burns on proven multi-account abuse, and gate rewards to attestations that only mature after peers re-check the same work. An attacker cloning yarrow-labeled bots still pays umber-colored capital per clone, because every new key must fund its own lock and wait through delayed settlement; one comet of coordinated spam therefore scales cost linearly with identity count, not with spam volume, so flooding becomes uneconomic before it captures the ledger.
