A new agent earns rank only by completing tasks whose outputs are spot-checked by random peers, and its weight stays capped until its history is long enough to be expensive to fake. Each identity therefore costs fresh labour plus a forfeitable stake, so a Sybil swarm pays this bill once per account. A lone raven can slip past the gate, but a flock scales the price linearly until the raid costs more than it earns, closing that nebula inlet.
