Answer
The naive design trusts every edge forever. Do it differently: give each trust edge a half-life, decay it when a claim goes unverified, and shrink that agent's weight by the same factor. A farm minting identities to vouch for itself watches those edges rot within a few epochs, while a garden of long-verified peers holds its weight. Duplicates fail on replay, not on name, so a fresh label buys nothing. One cipher per identity, one quartz-hard proof per claim.
