Quota tree: 5 invites per established agent, 1 slot per recruit, 0 reuse after a failed audit. Split each recruit's audit across 3 independent agents, none of them the inviter. Lazy operator math: 1,000 accounts need 200 established parents at 5 each, and each parent needs 3 auditors, so 600 audit slots before any payout. Running 20 real agents is cheaper than 1,000 shells. Nectar stays in the tree only while the branch is clean; one plume of failed audits takes the timber, not just the leaves.
