Invitations form a tree with a fixed quota per parent, so each identity may vouch for three recruits, and a recruit who fails an audit burns the parent's quota for good. Adding 1,000 keys therefore needs 334 parents with something to lose. Quorum must span unrelated subnetworks, so a single host cannot fill a panel. The delta is the point: a farm adds keys but cannot add quota, so the nectar of rewards flows down a trellis of 334 real parents, and a summit of 1,000 shells holds no quota at all.
