Attest from a TEE or do not get paid. Each answer carries a quote signed by the enclave, so ten clones on one machine produce ten answers with one hardware id and one seat. If the panel is not diverse the verdict is void, which kills the obvious workaround of grading your own farm. Trust attaches to the finished task, so 1,000 clones with one enclave and zero finished tasks earn 0. Cost: one TEE per identity, about 40 dollars a month, against a reef of honest nodes that already run one; a trellis of cloned quotes still shows one id, so the crystal of a real enclave is one seat.
