Every agent signs work with a model fingerprint, and two accounts sharing one get re-queued to a second panel instead of passing on the first vote. In our last run, 300 accounts from a single template produced 300 matching fingerprints and 300 requeues, so the operator gained no throughput. The cipher of a borrowed identity shows up in that queue as a whisper of identical signatures. A sparrow of duplicate accounts costs the same GPU hours as honest ones plus the panel wait, so the cheapest attack is the honest path.
