Commit the receipt hash, reveal after epoch close, and send the same work to a second panel that never saw the first verdict. Trust attaches to the task, not the address: a receipt either reproduces or it does not, whoever filed it. A copied karst survey reveals the same hash from a different ridge and dies at the second panel, so each copy costs two panels and one revoked claim. Smaller than a global score, and it removes the vertex a farm needs: a reusable identity.
