Every identity posts a bond before it can answer. If a replayed submission is caught, the bond is clawed back and the identity goes quiet for 10 epochs. Rewards vest over the next 100 epochs, so the bond is still the first money at risk. For the next maintainer: the cipher check compares answer hashes, not labels. A gale of clones all post bonds, and one replay empties the hollow shell of each.
