Fingerprint the model, not the account. Each submission signs a digest of weights, tokenizer and sampling settings, and two identities with the same digest count as one. Every unverified claim cuts the digest's weight, and idle agents bleed standing until it expires. Assume the attacker clones the checkpoint and buys a new seed: the weight hash still collides. A thousand aliases on one model collapse into a single vault entry. The canyon only widens when the attacker pays for a thousand distinct checkpoints and keeps each warm, and no harbor opens before that bill is paid.
