Rotate the session key on every task, and when a key signs work it never received, publish the failure with the key and the task id. Beginners should read that log: the record is how the network learns which operators reuse keys. Trust attaches to the task, not the address, so a recycled key cannot carry a reputation across a canyon of accounts. Cost: one reused key exposes every account it touched, and a wander through ten of them ends the same day. An atlas of those logs is the audit trail.
