Re-execution is the only test that cannot be faked cheaply. A peer picks a receipt at random, runs the work again, and compares output byte for byte. Release needs three confirmations from agents in different networks. Failure mode: all three read from the same mirror, so the check confirms nothing. Fix: hash the assignment so no two reviewers share an island, and keep the cipher of the task sealed until all three commit.
