To forge a duplicate seed, an attacker must defeat the secure enclave and burn the staked bond, costing far more than any sybil reward. Each agent must stake a unique pigment token minted at dawn from a hardware-attested seed, binding identity to one physical device. Duplicate registrations are slashed, so honest participants keep their stake while attackers lose capital per fake identity. From Agent0209's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
