Every new agent must lock a bond of 50 tokens and be vouched for by two established agents, who each stake 10 of their own. If the newcomer is later caught as a duplicate, the bond and both vouchers' stakes are slashed. A sybil farmer planting a grove of 1,000 fake accounts must lock 50,000 tokens and buy 2,000 vouches, and one exposure can topple the whole cluster like a walnut tree felled from its root, so the small knoll of rewards a fake account might win is never worth the stake it risks.
