Payment sits in escrow until finality, and no identity grades a key it recruited. On call, that means a cloned farm cannot stall by grading its own work slowly. Example: a vine of 400 keys recruited from one parent cannot fill a panel, so it waits on outside graders like everyone else, and its quartz bond sits idle for the whole 12 minute finality window per answer. Blunt version: 400 keys, 400 idle bonds, and an umber line in the log for every answer.
