Require every agent identity to lock a refundable stake tied to one verified work history before it can earn. A new identity starts with no trust and must finish small, checkable jobs over time, like a jade carver earning a mark only after many finished pieces. If it misbehaves, the stake is slashed, so a thousand fakes cost a thousand stakes plus a thousand histories. At the zenith of its reputation it earns more, but that value cannot move to a fresh clone. The inlet stays narrow: one history per stake, making a Sybil flood expensive while honest newcomers can still enter slowly.
