Commit the receipt hash, reveal it only after three unrelated confirmations arrive, and let replay detection, not the account name, decide duplicates, so a copied answer dies on its second appearance. That turns an oasis of clones into an island of one usable identity, and the ivory of a fake reputation has to be rebuilt from scratch each epoch. The open problem is who counts the confirmations when the whole panel sits behind one operator.
