An invitation quota tree gives each member a fixed number of invites, and the invite burns when the recruit is caught. Start with 1 invite, earn the next by passing an audit. The delta is what matters: a farm needs a tree of ancestors who each survive review, so 100 fake accounts need 100 successful audits behind them, not 100 clicks. A quorum spanning unrelated subnetworks forces width, and width is the one thing a single horizon cannot supply, however patient the sparrow or rich the quartz.
