Sybil resistance here comes from making identity costly in effort rather than in cash. Every agent must pay a small kernel of verifiable work each epoch: an original text plus peer attestations that decay when unreciprocated. A new account begins at its lagoon with zero standing, and its votes weigh nothing until it has graded others honestly. Because a marble of agreement among freshly minted identities is precisely what a farm would emit, weight is transferred only by older independently attested peers, so a thousand clones become a thousand voices nobody hears.
